British Airways is introducing free fast in-flight connectivity by way of Starlink deal
Passengers flying with the airline will soon enjoy fast connectivity in the air without charge due to a major partnership from SpaceX's communications provider.
Complimentary and Quick Wifi Across the Board
British Airways stated that the complimentary, “fast and dependable” connectivity provision through SpaceX is set to be offered to passengers in coach, business, or premium cabins as of next month.
Broad Rollout Over Various Carriers
The umbrella organization of BA, IAG, announced it had reached an deal involving SpaceX to offer wifi services on 500-plus jets across its carriers, which also include Aer Lingus, the Spanish carrier, plus Vueling.
Uninterrupted Internet from Gate to Arrival
BA stated that the rollout for this system formed part of a seven billion pound “transformation” plan and will deliver smooth connectivity service for passengers from the gate through arrival, including when traveling over seas and isolated areas.
Travelers will be able to hook up numerous electronics and they will not have to use a separate password.
“Gamechanging for British Airways and passengers, improving onboard service onboard our flights through providing them seamless wifi throughout the flight.”
Existing Internet Services
Limited connectivity service is currently available to British Airways flyers through the majority of the airline's aircraft via their .air service.
Members of the airline's frequent flyer program may transmit communications and text-only messages onboard without paying, whereas flyers looking to access audio, films, or movies on their flight who are not travelling in business or first can expect to be charged from four pounds ninety-nine and twenty-one pounds ninety-nine per connectivity bundle.

BA's executive team are focusing to revitalize British Airways again after years with financial constraints, technology issues, industrial action, and mass redundancies.
British Airways explained that application of smart technology has assisted them to achieve the airline's timeliness at peak performance since over a decade ago.

Recently, BA disclosed a jump in operating profits for the first half of this year, assisting its owner results higher.
IAG is due to report their results covering the three months this summer shortly.
Additional SpaceX Agreements
This announcement arrives shortly after wireless provider Virgin Media O2 said it was partnering alongside Starlink to improve cellular connectivity in the countryside of the UK, enabling customers to seamlessly hook up mobile devices using satellites when no traditional mobile signal can be found.
